We are wicked excited to have you perform at Melrose Porchfest!

Please read before signing up:

1. You don't have to live in Melrose to perform! We encourage and welcome diverse performers and audiences from far and wide to come to our lovely leetle City. Performances may include music, comedy, dance or spoken word.

2. This event attracts many, many families with young children. If your act contains explicit content then please indicate so on the form as we will post advisories. We do not want to quash your creativity, but if we receive complaints then you may not be hosted in the future.

3. If you have a host in mind, be sure to select them on the form. NOTE that this year the host be registered in order for you to select them, otherwise other hosts can choose you. 

4. Please email melroseporchfest@gmail.com if you submitted a form but can no longer perform. Think of your host who has prepared their heart and home to receive and reveal you to the WORLD!!! It is not cool to leave them with all that tenderloin and champagne they had waiting for you, if you can avoid it. We will let you know that we received your Performer Form. Unlike hosts, unless we have a specific reason for not being able to host you, we will find you a place to perform, so assume that your show will go on!!!

5. You must include a photo if you want to promoted on social media. We want to promote YOU!!
